1. About these terms

2. Our products
Every InnerEtched crystal is custom-made from your photo, engraved inside premium K9 crystal. Because each piece is made individually from a photograph, small variations in brightness and appearance compared to the digital proof are normal. An engraving is an artistic representation of your photo, not an exact photographic copy.
3. Your photo and design approval
You confirm that you own the photo you upload, or have the photo owner’s permission to use it, and you give us permission to use it to design and produce your order. We will not use your photo for marketing without your separate permission. We may decline an order if an image infringes someone else’s rights or is unsuitable for engraving. Production begins after you approve your design, so please check names, dates, and spelling carefully at approval — once engraving begins, approved details cannot be changed.
4. Orders and payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout, and your order is confirmed by email. If we cannot produce your item (for example, a photo that cannot be engraved), we will contact you and refund your payment in full.
5. Production and shipping
Production takes 3–5 business days after design approval. Shipping takes 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, and shipping is free on orders of $80 and up. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are on our Shipping, Production & Returns page.
6. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order free of charge any time before you approve the design. Once engraving has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, because your crystal is personalized and cannot be resold.
7. Returns and refunds
Because each crystal is personalized, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once engraving has begun. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund. 8. Product care
Your crystal is glass and can break if dropped. Display it on a stable surface and clean it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
9. Website content
The text, images, and design on this website belong to InnerEtched and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that item. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
