How does ordering work?
Upload your photo, approve your design, and we laser-engrave it inside premium K9 crystal. Your crystal is packed in its gift box and shipped to you.

What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit, and high-resolution, with faces fully visible. Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters, and screenshots when you can. We review every photo before engraving — if we think a photo won’t engrave well, we’ll contact you before production.

How long will my order take?
Production takes 3–5 business days after you approve your design. Shipping takes another 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Free on all orders $80 and up.

What is the Christmas order deadline?
For Christmas delivery, please order by December 16.

Is there a discount for first-time customers?
Yes — up to 10% off your first purchase this month with code CRYSTAL10 at checkout.

What if my crystal arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund. Email support@InnerEtched.com or call (707) 646-9716.

Can I return or exchange my crystal?
Because each crystal is made from your photo, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once engraving has begun. Please double-check names, dates, and spelling before approving your design.

What shapes and sizes do you offer?
Cube, Heart, Portrait/Tower, and Landscape/Brick crystals in several sizes, plus keychains and LED light bases to make your engraving glow.
