Shipping & Production

How your order works: 1) Upload your photo and approve your design. 2) We engrave your crystal. 3) We pack it in its gift box and ship it.

Production: 3–5 business days after you approve your photo/design.

Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage after production. Free shipping on all orders $80 and up. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Christmas: For Christmas delivery, please order by December 16.

Damaged / faulty / not as described: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.

Returns: Because each crystal is made from your photo, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once engraving has begun. Please double-check names, dates, and spelling before approving your design.
